This policy explains what personal data Metafrone Private Limited collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. It covers metafrone.com and the software platforms we operate.
We collect information you give us directly and information generated when you use our websites and platforms.
Where Indian law applies we process personal data on the basis of the consent you provide, the performance of a contract with your organisation, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to a visitor, the same bases apply under Articles 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).

We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. Platform data is retained for the duration of your organisation's subscription and any period agreed in its contract, after which it is deleted or returned in line with that agreement.
This website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. If and when analytics is enabled, it is configured to anonymise IP addresses. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party CDN, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction, its erasure, or a restriction on how we use it, and you may withdraw consent. Our products are business software. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Operational data entered into a Metafrone platform belongs to the organisation that licenses it. We process it only to deliver and support the service, on that organisation's instructions, and never for our own marketing.
Metafrone is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and data is processed in India. Where we serve customers outside India, transfers are made under the safeguards required by the applicable law.
We may update this policy. The revision date below changes when we do, and material changes are notified to platform administrators directly.
